By reaching and using Fancy Giveaways app or by reaching to the content of the application, you declare that you guarantee that you read and understood the Conditions of Use as well as the confidentiality policy and the community rules, that you stand by it, that you are legally an adult or that you have more than 17 years and your parents or guardian give you the right to use the Fancy Giveaways mobile application.
You need to submit points towards the gift. In the end of each giveaway our system will randomly pick a winner from everyone who has submitted points towards this gift.
It's basically: your submitted points towards this gift / all submitted points towards this gift. For example if you've submitted 10 points and total submitted points equal to 50, then your chances of winning will be 20% or 1/5
Complete simple tasks like 'Take 5000 steps', 'Walk 5 km', 'Ascended 5 floors' on a 'Points' page.
Estimated delivery of electronic gift cards is 7 days. In rare circumstances delivery may be delayed. Other gift cards delivery time will depend on a shipment process.

Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable
